If you’re unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size, we are not able for return.
We are glad to return if the item is wrongly send or defects
For Hong Kong (Local) customers, item must be returned within 3 working days from date of purchase.
For overseas customers, item must be returned within 20 working days from date of purchase.
All items return must be in new condition, including the main item together with the original package. Otherwise, we have the right for rejecting any return.
If any mistake made by customers that make items return (for example wrongly fill in the recipients address or name, or forgot to take the parcel), we will not responsible for the resend postage.
There is a measurement table for all items. Customer should read carefully on the size, colour and material before purchasing. If any queries on the size, please feel free to contact us via girlyfashion@ymail.com
All product shots are in kind. As different buyers computers’ resolution, camera’s brightness are different, the colour of items may off colour. If customers are sensitive with colours, please kindly check carefully to avoid any argument. Thank you for cooperation.
