Shopping Procedures
For Local CustomerFree Surface Mail
- We will offer free surface mail service. Unless customers have special request, all items are posted by surface mail.
- There is no parcel tracking number for surface mail. Customers are responsible for all mailing risk.
- Time for surface mailing is irregular, normally around 2-4 working days.
- Due to the size of parcel is quite big, postman cannot put into your post box. Customer will receive a parcel card from post office. Post office usually keeps the parcel around 2 weeks.
- If any mistake made by customers that make items return (for example wrongly fill in the recipients address or name, or forgot to take the parcel), we will not responsible for the resend postage.
Registered Mail Service
- We will offer free registered mail if customer purchasing over HK$1000 or US$128.
- Purchasing under HK$1000 or US$128, we will charge extra HK$20 or US$2.6 registered mail fee for each order
- We will notify customer about the tracking number after posting.
Parcel courier
- We will charge extra HK$30 US$3.8 courier fee for each order. (Courier charge is based on the weight for each parcel. Customer is recommended to email us for the exact courier charge before purchasing. Minimum courier charge is HK$30 US$3.8.)
- Courier delivery location is only in HK Island, Kowloon and New Territories office.
Face Trade (For local customer ONLY)
- Local customers are welcome to face trade,pls make appointment with us before the trade.
- Face trade customers can pay by cash.
For Overseas & China Customers
- We will use air mail for posting parcel unless customers have special request.
- There is no parcel tracking number for air mail. Customers are responsible for all mailing risk.
- Time for air mailing is irregular, normally around 8-10 working days.
- Air mail charge is based on the location and the weight of parcel to calculate.
- We will not accept postbox number for delivery address. Customer should provide a right customer name and telephone number.
- Customer is also welcome to use registered air mail. Please kindly make a remark before purchasing. We will send email for notifying the extra charge.
- If any mistake made by customers that make items return (for example wrongly fill in the recipients address or name, or forgot to take the parcel), we will not responsible for the resend postage.
