Joe has been active in M&A, capital investment, and financial advisory in Asia and Europe over the past 25 years, when he served as Managing Director of Capcol Capital Limited, and Aerospace Investment Limited, and CASIL Nippon Ltd.Jean-Michel PIVETEAUDr. Piveteau is currently a Senior Managing Partner and a member of the Investment Committee of Maple with over 40 years of investment, deal origination, and management experience across numerous countries including Madagascar, UK, France, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrein, Taiwan, India, Thailand and China. Dr. Piveteau is currently the President of the French business community in China as Adviser to the French Ministry of Trade.
Prior to joining Maple, Dr. Piveteau was once country head of BNP Paribas in China, Thailand, India, Taiwan, and Bahrein.
Dr. Piveteau is awarded Chevalier de l’Ordre National de la Legion d’Honneur and Officier de l’Ordre National du Merite in France, and holds a PhD degree in Business Administration from Université Paris-Dauphine, a Master degree in Political Science from Institute d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, and a bachelor degree in Law.Stanley KWOKSFC Type 1, 4, 9 Responsible Officer, with 16 years of experience investment. He was the CEO for Lippo Investment Management from 2009 to 2013, covering a wide spectrum of strategies including asset allocation, bottom-up long-short, ETF selection & quantitative portfolio.
Given the wealth of in-depth knowledge in the property market, he had been assigned to develop various property related investment products, including the successful launching of the first Property ETF in Hong Kong. Before joining Lippo Investments, he was the fund manager for Hong Kong and Asian Equities, managing funds of over USD 3 billion and was also in charge of regional long-short strategy and property sector analysis in State Street. He has 20 years of investment management experience with major financial institutions in Asia and the US, including Merrill Lynch, Templeton, UBS, Credit Suisse, BNP Paribas Investment Partners and Pine Bridge Investments. He was CIO, Asian ex-Japan Equities of BNP Paribas Investments, responsible in covering over 15 different long-only and absolute focused investment funds from 2005 to 2011. He joined Pine Bridge Investment as Managing Director and Co-Head of Asian Listed Equities, leading a team of 18 portfolio managers and analysts in Asia and managed funds of over USD 7 billion. Desmond Tjiang holds a BBA degree in Finance with High Honors from the University of Hawaii. He is a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
Dickson CHENG
Previously working in various international banking groups including Mizuho, Mitsubishi UFJ, ICBC, Bank of China, The Bank of New York and JP Morgan, Dickson has over 20 years of experience in investment banking and capital markets. He has been in charge of numerous IPOs, share placements and convertibles offerings in Hong Kong for mega-size companies, Chinese state-owned enterprises as well as local listed and private companies. Dickson is particularly experienced in providing strategic advices to developing companies and SMEs to path their ways for further expansion and help those companies for pre-IPO fund raisings and preparation for IPOs.
Alvin LEUNG CPA
Alvin is a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong and has over 15 years of investment banking experience in corporate finance and capital markets. He previously worked in leading financial groups including Mizuho, Mitsubishi UFJ and ICBC and acted as their Sponsor Principal to sponsor companies for listing application in Hong Kong.
Alvin has been in charge of various Hong Kong IPOs, M&A and pre-IPO transactions for clients in Greater China and other Asian regions. In particular, Alvin has expertise and experience for helping SMEs in developing stages for corporate finance and restructuring matters to satisfy their expansion and funding needs at pre-IPO stages and help them prepare for further development and going for listing.

Gordon is a Fellow Practicing Member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountant and Fellows Member of Chartered Association of Certified Accountant. Gordon has been the Managing Partner of PT CPA in Hong Kong since 2001, an Audit and Accounting Services Provider for PRC and HK companies. Prior to this, Gordon has been a Finance Director of a Public Company in HK and before that held a managerial position in an international recognized audit firm. Gordon possesses more than 10 years taxation and accounting experiences in relation to PRC companies.
Kenny WONG CPA, FRM
Kenny has over 8 years experience in the accounting profession. Before joining Maple, Kenny held a manager position at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is knowledgeable with business and accounting practice in numerous industries in Hong Kong and PRC, including retail, manufacturing, property development, engineering and construction and technology. He is also experienced with capital market transactions, especially initial public offerings in Hong Kong.Kenny holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Kenny is a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountant. He is also a certified Financial Risk Manager. Kenny completed CFA Level 2 examination.
Reagan POON MRPharmS, MPharm
Reagan is a registered clinical pharmacist at the General Pharmaceutical Council in the United Kingdom (UK). He starts his career in the medical field and has worked in several UK National Health Services hospitals in the past few years. Reagan made a career change in 2015 and had worked in the Corporate Finance & Global Capital Markets team from Fortune Financial Capital Limited as a senior analyst where he managed research report and financial analysis and reported to the investment team. He is experienced in pharmaco-epidemiology research and healthcare due diligence. Reagan holds a Master of Pharmacy with Honors from the University of Bath. He is a member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, a member of the International Pharmaceutical Federation, a member of the European Society of Clinical Pharmacy and a member of the Commonwealth Pharmacists Association.
Marvin WONG CPA
Specialist in AccountingMarvin has over 10 years of auditing, restructuring and consulting experience. In his early years, he worked with a number of accounting firms including Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. He has been providing restructuring and consultation services to Chinese companies to go public since 2004.
