Our company guarantees the quality of the product.If customer received an unexpected item, please contact our customer service within 3 days and simply return the item within 7 days after buyer receive the item. Buyers will be pay the shipping fee for returning the item.We are pleased to arrange the same product or same value product (exclusive of our delivery charges) for replacement. Please reminded the item must be returned in the original condition as it was shipped to buyer. (Alteration or damage in any way cannot be accepted.) 

Cancelation and Order changeWe do not accept any cancelation and product change after the pre - order.Please kindly re confirm the order before payment.

 Shipping and HandlingWe ship all orders through Hong Kong Post with registered service. It is very reliable and secure. However, in case mail is lost during transition, we will not be responsible for lost mail if insurance is not purchased.Please make sure the shipping address entered is correct and up to date.
